We had the priviledge of hosting a birthday party for our friend Sanito from Mukha Custom Cosmetics a few weeks ago at The Loft. The theme of the party was 1920s speakeasy, and all of the guests were encouraged to come in vintage costumes.
Head Chef Mark Tolentino created a custom menu for the party to carry the theme through the appetizers. Below is a sampling of some of the dishes:

From top to bottom: potato croquette with beef medallion and horseradish cream, mushroom ragout topped with brie in phylo cup, crispy pork belly with pineapple, and spinach and feta stuffed mushrooms
